Translation of your design into production drawings When we design a product, or work with a designer, we keep the production process in mind from the beginning. We also advise you on material selection to save costs, time and create a better product. We both re-engineer products in-house and work together with specialized design partners to create new products from scratch. Prototyping and testing your product Prototyping your product is crucial to validate your design on form and functionality. We offer several prototyping options to test your product before commencing mass production. Our prototyping options include 3d-printing, conventional CNC prototyping, foam modelling, reverse engineering, vacuum molding and rapid tooling (i.e. producing a small quantity for testing). Our engineers conduct reliability testing and we work together with local regulatory institutions to ensure compliance (UL, CE & VDE) from the beginning.

INDUSTRIAL DESIGN

At this stage the idea is translated to the first sketches, then a concept 3D is generated. Normally here colors, shapes and finishing are chosen and inputs for the engineering drawings and specification. Industrial design is a product engineering process to make a product concept into mass production based on product function, aesthetics, ergonomics, value, and industrialization. A successful industrial design requires the designer to have rich knowledge, experience, and creativity on society, market, user, and product. Industrial design is a critical part in the product design and development process, as it plays an important role from project inputs to project sign off. It should be scientifically and systematically carried to cater the end user's demands as well as manufacturing process. Our industrial design team consists of mechanical designer, electronic designer, graphic designer, and project engineer. they collaborate internally and externally closely to ensure each project is successfully developed. a project manager is our soul person to embedded timing, cost, and quality targets to be achieved at us.
